VI WEEK OF CHICLANA'S ESTERO FISH

The jury has decided to award the first prize to the "Lomo de Estero asado al carbon" from the Restaurante El Farito, the second prize to the "Turbante de Dorada y Boletus" from the Restaurante La Trastienda and the third prize to "Keokeo I Lawenapip I Kūlo" ( Smoked sea bass with rosemary) from the Kanaloa Beach Bar. The members of the jury have transferred the difficulty for the election and give their sincere congratulations to all the participants.
